How people learn differently.

Today is my birthday (yay!), and the start of my year-long project, “40 lessons before 40”. This personal project is a love letter to myself, friends, and family, as I spend the next 12 months learning new skills, while I document my improvement until my 40th birthday. As I think on what skills I have, I usually suffer a mini existential crisis and self-doubt trying to remember what can I do, let alone, what I'm good at.
